Basically, they fight over the fact that Christian spent his time playing tabletop soccer with Gregor instead of working on some presentation for university which was the only reason why Oli took a double shift alone at No Limits. In the end, Oli goes on telling how much he needs to rely on his "employees" ... especially on Christian since Gregor is out of his mind anyway ... so Christian stumbles over the word "employees" ... after yet another lecture for Chris, Oli storms off ...

How could Christian have known that it would turn out so busy downstairs? When he wanders in to NL, he doesn't suspect a thing.  Olli can be a bit hot at times (super-passionate), and Chris can be a little slow, but it must hurt to hear himself referred to as an employee. Employees don't cuddle with the boss over the bar, either.
