  • I like this a lot. Training using body weight is excellent for surfers.

  • @ Cruzersj - yeah mate, I teach short and sharp training principles, you only have to do 8-12 sessions a Month and all good. Watch the HOW TO ADAPT video and set yourself up for September. Cheers.

  • sweet dusty ,been doin this with xavier and sharee and for someone who doesnt usually get into any training at all , it bores me this on the other hand was pretty fun ,look out i might be converted !!!

  • Reminder that board riders in all categories started from Surfing, so if you are into skate, snow, kites, & or wake boarding you can use my training programs. Keep surfing where ever it may be, on snow, the road, water or waves. Cheers HR dman
