@ Cruzersj - yeah mate, I teach short and sharp training principles, you only have to do 8-12 sessions a Month and all good. Watch the HOW TO ADAPT video and set yourself up for September. Cheers.
sweet dusty ,been doin this with xavier and sharee and for someone who doesnt usually get into any training at all , it bores me this on the other hand was pretty fun ,look out i might be converted !!!
Reminder that board riders in all categories started from Surfing, so if you are into skate, snow, kites, & or wake boarding you can use my training programs. Keep surfing where ever it may be, on snow, the road, water or waves. Cheers HR dman
