Thanks for this vital info - why don't most doctors tell their NAFLD patients about this stuff?! In fact, I find no matter what diet or exercise regimine I use I have had no real success until I started MILK THISTLE, just like you mention. There needs to be more on YT about this too. Americans have been lied to by the agricultural industry, FDA, diet industry, most doctors, etc. and we have needlessly suffered physical and emotional pain and been wrongly blamed for our obesity.
There is a lot of aspects to look into to get oneself healthy: food ingredients to avoid, excercises' and the maintaining of ones' power tools such as the liver. The foods we ingest are so full of things that hurt us like high fructose corn syrup (that stuff is everywhere in foods, sugars, refined flours, hydogenated oils etc. I have seen many posts like this that help me learn how to turn my problems around. Thanks for posting. Pass it forward.

somehelpfull tips u can heal it yourself with in 40 days thas how i did mine after having a pain on liver and hemmoridal ..
1 drink lemon or lime in the morning
2 eat raw cabbage , cauliflower , brocali
3 take vit b comlex , vit c
4 take milk thistle and himalaya liv 52 pills
5 avoid any meat , fatty processed food
6 also use tumeric it's antiinflamatary
follow this for 40 days you will be the judge trust me.. and dont drink alcohal..
