getting into the detail of diets and serving size ect is a more personal advanced custom diet you can build for yourself that meets your needs. most people think they are too busy to check and plan what you eat more often than not. or they just dont care as much as the next. taking care of your body is the most important. with out it you can not go anywhere or do anything. lol.

Ive been working out pretty much my whole life, and I understood the video. We are all taught that no food is bad food.. by nutritionist... But there are better choices!!!!. The foods pointed out that were bad are foods and drink that I would generally stay away from. and the food he said to eat is food that I would say is better for you by far...
Gatorade also has electrolytes in it, so if you are doing lots of exersise, then yes, gator aid is fine. But better to just drink water unless you are doing over intese workouts, like you. Its one thing to be fit, and healthy fine, but you muslces and ridiculous tight sleeveless shirts just turn me totally off from even wanting to listen.

there's no refined sugar in florida natural orange juice that's just wrong, florida's natural is 100% juice as in no added sugar which means there's no refined sugar in it

@1992marshmallow I eat organic cage free eggs every day in my protein shakes. Very small chance of Salmonella and you get all of the nutrients unharmed by the heat of cooking them. If 2 eggs is all the protein you are getting after a workout you are never going to be able to maximize quality muscle building bro!

What I want to know is, what changed from your "protein shake the right way" Video till this comment about about the honey and that "all sugar is bad" ? In the protein shake video, you used icecream in every shake because you said it's important to replenish with simple sugars after a workout. All sugar is bad......I use Xylitol.......best tasting sugar substitute ever...at least use organic honey if you use honey. .Do it before you work out.

@totalhealth4life question... i understand there is a wasted amount of added sugar in fruit juices... but talking regular fruit. wont the other carbs, proteins and fats you intake with the shake or meal slow down spikes in blood sugar anyways? so its not going to make very much of a difference at all in blood sugar unless you took the fruit all by itself. as soon as you mix more than 1 macro source together the Glycemic index pretty much goes right out the window. research diabetic diets.
The Paleolithic diet is way too strict and regimented. It should instead be about moderation. Look at the French for example, the champions of enjoying great food. They have a diet heavy on bread, dairy, sauces, creams, etc. However, they are certainly much thinner and healthier than we Americans. To the French it is about the joy of food. But they are very into unprocessed foods, portion control, the amount of time to enjoy the meal. They focus on quality, not quantity. All things in a balance.

Like he said in the video, our ancestors were hunters and gatherers. A very good point he had. They didn't have processed foods and unhealthy fake crap in their diets. They ate living creatures or living plants. It's what our bodies were designed to eat.

ive lost like 30 or 35 pounds in 2.5months but now i know that jogging for 1 hour is bad and is just doing 10 minutes of high intensity running going to help its the summer so i dnt have school but when i go back do i wake up early and excercise thanks for making these videos they really help

You do a wonderful job with the explanations with what you teach. What I want to know is, what changed from your "protein shake the right way" Video till this comment about about the honey and that "all sugar is bad" ? In the protein shake video, you used icecream in every shake because you said it's important to replenish with simple sugars after a workout. Everyone who hasn't seen this video yet, but has seen the other, is dumping scoops of icecream into their shakes:)

@ishoa1 My protein isn't from grass fed but its the next best thing...Bioplex pure WPI natural Isolate.....non GMO, no sugar, carbs, lactose or gluten Don't eat yogurt.. Try Keifir! All sugar is bad......I use Xylitol.......best tasting sugar substitute ever...at least use organic honey if you use honey. .Do it before you work out.

In 100% fruit juices with 'no added sugar' there is naturally occuring sugars from the fruit. So you would get this from eating the fruit itself.
Please respond as to wether this is true and what benefits there are too eating fruit instead of juices that are made of 100% fruit juice

@TGC1000 I dont do any fruit juice anymore....too much sugar.. I limit my fruit comsumption a lot lately too and eat tons of organic veggies. Blood sugar is way better regulated...fruit much better than juice...but buy organic and wash as most conventionally grown is LOADED with pesticides

@totalhealth4life question... i understand there is a wasted amount of added sugar in fruit juices... but talking regular fruit. wont the other carbs, proteins and fats you intake with the shake or meal slow down spikes in blood sugar anyways? so its not going to make very much of a difference at all in blood sugar unless you took the fruit all by itself. as soon as you mix more than 1 macro source together the Glycemic index pretty much goes right out the window. research diabetic diets.

The Paleolithic diet is way too strict and regimented. It should instead be about moderation. Look at the French for example, the champions of enjoying great food. They have a diet heavy on bread, dairy, sauces, creams, etc. However, they are certainly much thinner and healthier than we Americans. To the French it is about the joy of food. But they are very into unprocessed foods, portion control, the amount of time to enjoy the meal. They focus on quality, not quantity. All things in a balance.

Like he said in the video, our ancestors were hunters and gatherers. A very good point he had. They didn't have processed foods and unhealthy fake crap in their diets. They ate living creatures or living plants. It's what our bodies were designed to eat.
If everyone ate like this guy in the video, there wouldn't be any over-weight people.

@totalhealth4life but i made a weight loss from before since last year june i was 81kg for a 15 year old. this year im 16 and weigh about 55-57kg est. protein? erm sushi>? thats the only meat i eat i dont take shakes or other meats other then fish

So you do not consume dairy nor gluten products such as bread, rice, etc. I love sprouted grain cereal and bread, are these also bad? What protein source do you use if you do not consume dairy being that whey is the fastest absorbing protein source? I myself lost 80 LBS and am beginning to try and bulk up. However I would like to do it the healthiest way posible, I'm not going to become a vegen but I definitely am curious of all the whole-natural foods out there; Especially for illnesses.

You look awesome bro. I hope I get to look like you when I'm older. I have a great body now, although I could lose 3-4% BF. I have high blood pressure, however... which is really a bummer cause I love bodybuilding and have been doing it for 6 years almost. They say the HBP is a silent killer... I hope it doesn't kill me. Sometimes I feel my heart skip a beat and I get a lump in my throat at times. Oh well.. you live once. I'm going to try and improve my diet and maybe lower my BP.

I use Oro wheat whole grain Hamburger buns.But I have Bread only once a day=1 Bun.I can make chicken/Turkey/Roast beef all organic sandwiches or sometimes I use cucumber/tomato onion lettuce with mustard.Mustard is good for you it has Tumeric which is good for the liver.Just be sure there is no FDC Yellow #5 That is toxic poisen,any food dye or coloring is.Caramel color in sodas is to.You can be creative and it will get you away from the 6 dollar burger.I do Bison or turkey burgers once a week.

I think because he's trying to inform a large array of people he shouldn't be so strict in his advice and suggestions of what to eat. he should do it slowly and take into consideration people who dont do this or know this as well as him. he was like take digestive enzymes when u eat canned foods.. lol EAT CANNED just to get the vegetables.. and talk in more detail about food details like your dairy which u skipped ovr. i dont want to go to your blog lol.
