Yes this was the second test flight. The first test flight was made on 23rd Dec.1992, but had to be curtailed because of the weather. On 1st February 1993, Mark carried out the second test flight, which involved many tests. After he had finished the "serious work", he made the flypasts seen in the video clip Much of the testing was done at a safe height above and away from the airfield.. My video camera (VHS-C) only had a 6 x zoom, which made filming some of the testing difficult.
absoulutely brilliant didnt know theyd finished it or about it moving is there any other videos of it as my dad was part of the restoration group and hed love to see more as he cant get out much now and loved the "Spit" thanks brilliant again
