Hilarious! As a Baptist organist for many years, I can't tell you how many times I "cheated" when the minister said, "With every head bowed, and every eye closed...." I looked many times!
This was awesome. I have to look around for confessions of a choir director, confessions of a deacon, and confessions an usher parts one two and three. Great Job!

There's nothing funny about this sorry video or the fact that 95% of the "Christian" churches in this country are preaching heresy, i.e. "The Purpose-Driven Life", etc..
Guilty of a few of those things myself. especially when playing while a collection is being taken and you are trying to keep an eye on those who are taking it.
Gee, I would hate to have a cell phone go off when I am in church...and wow, there is a new Cathedral project in my town and they are still working on it. I do not want to have to have a cell phone go off during the FIRST MASS! That was just be an irritation to me!
THIS IS SO TRUE!!!!!!!!!!! I have done just about every thing mentioned here, lol, even the cell phone in a church service and a graduation commencement AND I AM ONLY 14! LORD HELP!!!!!!!
I had to laugh at this one. For those of us who play in Catholic choir lofts, there is the agony of watching 25% of the congregation walk out during the recessional hymn, which is standard practice in most Catholic churches, while 50% of the remainder stays only until the 2nd verse ends. Also, don't forget cyphers, tuning issues, and that 4' SW to GT coupler that sometimes stays on.
I've been an organist since age 11, and I'm STILL struggling against a disproportionate sense of my own importance. This was a hilarious and helpful clip for me! Play on...
This was VERY FUNNY!!!

Great - I'm an atheist - and a organist - most vicors etc - don't as I'm quite good. Just see it all as theatre.

Being an organist myself, I exactly feel the same way. So many things to do for organists. I wish I could concentrate on playing the organ!
