This has nothing to do with classical music -it's crossover.They should read the score carefully because there are so many mistakes in bowings and phrasing.Of course they handle their instrument well but this is not enough here.Patricia should continue her work on modern music because for that she really has a great talent.Beethoven needs much more understanding and this I can't hear in her interpretation.

Her Beethoven is really terrible.For much better versions listen to Anne Sophie Mutter , Julia Fischer or Hilary Hahn.They have much more class than Kopatchinskaya in terms of intonation , style and musical expression and all this without playing barefoot.

The performance of the (wonderful) Ravel Blues is a sacrilege, horrible and some of the violin playing in the Beethoven is scratchy. Over the top indulgence, wouldnt attend a concert by thisduo if I was paid!
