Especially being that in the same title, they use both L and R, the only mistake is on loop....

Because Revival is a direct translation of another Japanese word, but roop is what the translator gets out of rupu. It doesn't realize rupu(roop) is supposed to be lupu(loop) because that would be very had to program. And yes, this video is Japanese, the game is Japanese, the video description:
