Check the news on the gaither website for 1/13 - Guy and Marshall left GVB, and the new 5-member group is David Phelps, Mark Lowry, Bill, Wes, and Michael English! I'll miss Guy and Marshall, but I cant wait to hear the new sound. I hope Jason can still sing with them from time to time too. :)
Amen. I believe that the GVB wants to a) praise Christ, b) comfort and lift up believers, c) move non-believers to think about God and d) make good music. It is my opinion that they meet all their goals. I thank God for their commitment.

Jason was already scheduled for the west coast tour so he will be appearing with them then; however, has no plans to leave him ministry! What an awesome young man!!! God has his hand on him.

It's fine for you to have your preferences but I also have mine and they happen to be different than yours! That said, I think Jason really was very, very good on this song and I look forward to seeing more videos from that concert.

Jason is great..but pretty much anyone with a decent voice could blend...there's tons of vocal stacks on the tracks (Guy's voice included)...good stuff!

In doing research, I found that Guy is taking a sabbatical from the Gaither Vocal Band for a few weeks. In light of this, Jason Crabb; Mark Lowry(YEAH!; and David Phelps will be filling in for Guy.

Sorry, but Jason is the only one who actually has that anointing of the Holy Ghost out of all the people on stage.
Nothing against them at all, but I just can't feel anything with the other guys...
But Jason's voice just sends chills through me. Praise God =)
