This is related with Lucas's recovery glitch, how using a downB during his midair jump cancels the downward portion of his jump, leaving only the upward motion for recovery.

This also works with his Side Smash, but without the dark energy on his hand.

Other than Ganondorf, you can do it with Captain Falcon using either Falcon Punch or his Side Smash or even Down Smash if you can hit it.

But yes, I was testing it 5 minutes ago, just after I saw your video.
