With all that space, I would build one large layout with at least three dedicated loops and perhaps a forth loop using trestels for the M10000. You have the room and the track to do it. I see a nice K transformer for two loops. Put those beautiful Canadian Pacifics on the outside and your clockworks near the middle. There is a lot of potential there. Take your time, until you get it right for you.
