Mine rides a good bit better than if I was ridin' on a 2x6 board being drug behind a pickup... hahaha.. Love the work. All good stuff.. Sometimes the good stuff is the stuff you can't really see, but it makes it work..
If it's going to ride ruff, try to find a seat with springs in it. My 2ton dinosaur rides real ruff when not loaded and I first had a foam seat out of a 97 blazer, it had no give and would throw me all over the cab when I went over bumps and R R tracks, so I switched to a 91 silverado seat with some springs and give and it made all the difference.
@1963impala2dr Okay, Okay!,,, but I thought I had really found the perfect seat when I found that leather seat out of a "then" new blazer, and I paid good money for it, but it was just leather and foam with no give, so I had to figure this one out the hard way, and expensive way.
with those pickup truck springs on the back I'll bet you take half the springs out of the stack and still be ok. everything else you got planned is right on.

a seat with springs.. wow.. I wish I were smart enough to think of something like that.
I already have a plan for seats... you just have to wait and see

@restodan a seat from a 91 silverado would never fit im worried a back seat out of a mustang wont fit my 29 and they are real small

I have plenty of other engines with lots more power.. I just like the fact that this old 32 engine runs. not many of them around.
