I know it's a rediculous notion to contemplate, but I say, with all of the new private enterprize in space travel coming into the scene, some of these businesses should focus on the trafficing of cargo--more specifically, waste trasport, as opposed to passenger transport..
If a vessel can be developed inexpensively enough to carry this shit up and release it into a level of the upper atmosphere that will either allow it to incinerate or escape gravity all together, it might be worth it..
