Whilst this song is quite nice...the best Michael Hutchence song is Rooms for the Memory. I have never seen any singer on stage with such presence and charisma as Michael did (Simon included) and I've seen both live up close. Oh I miss Michael very much.

A day like this, 14 years ago ,Michael Kelland Hutchence decided to leave us , how much lonelyness and sadness was in your heart dear michael ? i can not avoid the why? suicide is not a right choice ,never, we have to relate in friends and God before giving up ...and was Simon there ... he could help you ... but where ever you are now , god bless your soul Michael

No offense, but it is you who might want to go back and check to get the facts right. NorthernMars is correct. The Medazzaland album was released in October 1997, more than a month before Michael died, and the song itself was recorded in 1996, so it was most certainly written before Michael died. It was in fact Simon's hope that the song might be a wake up call to his good friend, as he was worried about him.

Simon LeBon and Michael Hutchence were very good friends, when Michael was alive..  He is was very, very upset when Michael died. I still miss Michael even today. There is no replacement for MKH...RIP:(

@tomddrhodes Yes, it is on Medazzaland, a seriously underrated album from 1997 which EMI idiotically chose to release only in the US and Japan (and apparently Mexico and Brazil, I just learned). You can find the CD used (or of course get it as a download now).
