C'mon DVS (yeah, I really believe that!) - this was clearly a young and inexperienced PC who had to deal with a very difficult and un-cooperative individual (you). If you care to investigate, you should be looking up Section 163 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 so if it happens again (which I suspect it will as you are such a poor driver), you are well versed! A more experienced PC would probably have arrested you! Honest people don't obstruct the police - he was just doing his job.

@dorservictimsupport You sir are a complete moron. The officer is doing his job checking vehicles/drivers. If your truck gets stolen, lets hope the moron who steals it also wont give officers their details and so the officer can just let them go on their way with your truck. Or maybe you would prefer police don't even bother checking. My advice to you, is if you don't want police to pull you over, learn to drive properly! Had you given your details you would have been on your way in 2 minutes.

Good video mate but on the other hand you created joinder by giving him your name, and address therefore you are now under his jurisdiction, next time dont bother giving him your name or any details and say "Under what law and authority do i have to give you my details?" If he continue to harrass you, you can flee if you feel threatened, and then sue him :D
