Keep the design stock. Millions (and in the 911 case probably a billion) dollars has gone into R&D of design and aerodynamics - don't try to make it better at AutoZone!

@tidewater you obviously don't know much about Porsches . The 996 C4S is basically a Carrera Turbo w/out the turbo. Same turbo front, same turbo widebody, same wheels, same brakes, same suspension, same rear bumper, and all stock from the factory.

My point is that one shouldn't mix and match parts on any Porsche. Take the Targas in the US for instance - why would they have put the Turbo rims on it - they look ridiculous!

If you do some research, that would be a GT2 wing, Porsche designed it, for a purpose of course.

Actually saw a 4S Cabrio with this wing on Sunday in Sparta NJ - looked like crap!
All I'm saying is keep Porsches as stock! Don't try to mock them up to something they're not!
Don't put Turbo rims on a Carerra.
Don't put a GT2 wing on a 4S.
Don't put a Turbo front intake on a Carerra S...
