It would have been better if SMB1's second quest was completed. The first quest takes up just about half of the movie.

I know this is a minor gripe, but it would have been much cooler to see Mario 1 and lost Levels default back to the demo screen (as they would have done with continued controller input) rather than simply black out after the ending, even if it meant watching horribly de-synced shenanigans if a new game were to start after Super Mario Brothers early finish.

Otherwise, this is the awesomest thing i have ever seen.

My only problem with this WHOLE TAS is that Toad/Luigi puts in down inputs in a few times to build a super jump yet other games seem not to share the same input. I know DokiDoki Panic wasn't built on the same toolkit but COME ON.
