Anybody that calls themselves keeping GOD'S FEAST DAY'S, and they are not keeping them according to Numbers chapters 28-29 is teaching nothing but LIES, AND THEY REALLY DON'T BELIEVE IN CHRIST... Who offered himself and put away those offerings made by fire...
@mumswording Gald this conversation is taking place because these are the times we need to be for true who we are WORSHIPING? Are we for Christ or are we following Baal? You see we are all in the World, and we all know that the entire World is under the sway of the Wicked One. I just want people to understand that in these Last Days we need to stop this incessant bickering about Scripture Passover (Lev 23:5,6) it's plain and by law all males are to keep it that's Law. .
@mosthighchild72 I would agree to a certain extent. Israel was a Theocracy run directly by God. They had many laws given to them that modern day Jew and gentile need not follow. Mixed fibers, dietary law, etc.... The only law we are commanded to follow is the moral law (10 commandments). It was written in stone , now written on our hearts.
It does mean dress rehearsal. Strongs H4744 is derived from H7121 to "call out" and H7122 to "encounter". 3000 years ago He called us out to encounter His feasts on an annual basis. Sounds like a rehearsal for something to me.
Lev 23:2 "Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, 'The LORD'S appointed times which you shall proclaim as holy convocations--My appointed times are these:
H4744
מקרא
miqrâ'
mik-raw'
From H7121; something called out, that is, a public meeting (the act, the persons, or the palce); also a rehearsal: - assembly, calling, convocation, reading.
I think he ment to say that the word CONVOCATION means rehersal.
mikra does NOT mean dress rehearsal....don't know where he got that from...mikra means to call out. Dress rehearsal? That is just made up to point people to think that he was "rehearsing" for his death or whatever you want it to mean. Plus the passover lamb is to remember when the Israelites were passed over in Egypt...not any kind of atoning sacrifice. A rememberence for something that happened already, not forgiveness for sins...stop imposing Yeshu into Torah...
Talk to me like a man and we'll see who's a moron. Show me where in any Hebrew literature where that word is translated as "dress rehearsal" and then maybe we can talk (but at this point I think it's safe to assume that you don't know a lick of Hebrew). Until then, I will still consider you childish and unwilling to enter into a debate with respect or at least some couth, judging by your response, that said more about you than it did me. As said by a "great" sage of our time: "Nuff said!"
Easy there bullet! A debate like this would be stupid. You say "tomato", I say "tom`ato". Who really cares? There are many more important things we need to come against- that was my point. Consider me what you want- I dont care- neither does anyone else. Its obvious your othodoxism has got you as blind as the christians.
Indeed. It must be so. We're all blind and morons apparently. Spoken like a true gentleman. ;) It's not healthy for children such as yourself to be formulating such bullyish religious positions without proper study on them. Have religious opinions, but don't voice them so loudly until you are ready to back them up against the people to whom you instigate. If you think a debate btw you and i over this subject is stupid, then don't instigate one.
Forgive me Rabbi. It is as you say- everyone is wrong and you are so right. It is as you say- perhaps I am the blind moron. Forgive me for breathing the same air as you, and for speaking out of turn. By the way- awesome video! But for the record- I agree with moronthannot Mikra does not mean "dress rehersal". With your permission moronthannot- may I ask the rabbi a question?
I'm no rabbi, dude. I didn't tell you you had to agree with everything I say. I told you to stop bein a punk to people when it wasn't provoked, and maybe try to learn a little something about humility. I know it'll be hard because you are obviously a product of your generation's lack of respect for people, but just because it's the way you are, doesn't make it the right way to be.
Dude, when you come against Yeshu being Moshiac and atoning for our transgressions- you just shoved, dont get mad when you're pushed back. Although you see me as the agressor here- I on the other hand see you as the instigator. My question: do you think Hashem (blessed be He) recognizes the blood of a bull as atonement for sins. If Yeshua didnt fill Torah and make this atonement- who did? Are you still waiting for Messiah to come and atone for sins? What are you thinking here?
