There are 3 different Menu colour themes, you can change everything, except the sound of SMS messages.

No info on changing the firmware.

Cam's 2.1MBpix.

You can see the software on the video and judge by yourself.

It's not a touch screen, but keyboard is very nice and I love it, you can see it's a one piece keyboard cover but when you press it you feel little buttons underneath it.
