when I make this I like to put quarter to half inch cuts in the skin. It lets more flavor get in and increases the amount of edge crisp.

Heat up some orange slices on the side & top it with those in the last couple minutes of the cook & I'm in heaven!

@itked3 Thanks mate, you can get away with as little as a bit of salt for tasty salmon, just don't overcook it, and cook skin side down first for crispy skin.

The intro music is by me, but the background music is by wavtracks (royalty free)
