Yes, it does come out to the rivers of America. I just watched POV's to make sure. I've been on splash mountain a few times too. But I think when you come out of the tunnel, your too busy from the shock of getting wet to realize where you are in the ride until you pass that point.

Is the ride at 0:45 Splash Mountain? I don't remember ever being that close to Rivers of America during the ride.

@disneynd Yes! That is Splash Mountain. The 'U' bend there is right after the big drop so it goes by fast, and I believe they try to camouflage it so you can't tell your pretty much on the Rivers of America.
