Sure, it is at around 8000 feet elevation. Their heaviest all time snowfall was around 20 inches for one storm. Still at about 30 degrees north, the sun will melt snow there pretty quickly I would think, even in the winter.
Think San Antonio at 8000 elevation. They would certainly get snow in the winter.

Does it usually snow in this area? And are there other areas of Mexico that recieve snow every year? Or are these rare events?
