Did you cut your crepe paper down in WIDTH and about how long of a strip do you use? Thanks...would love to try making these...just a few more measurements posted would be helpful for this NEWBIE paper crafter..thanks!!
The crepe paper I used comes in sheets and I cut the widths in quarter inch increments so 1 1/4 inch for the outside and 1 inch for the inside. I don't recall how long it was but you can fold until you reach the other end of your circle and cut it off. Experiment around as you may find that doing so creates effects you never expected or that I could have explained.
