@11LiviB depends on if you want it to be browner or blonder. use the brown one to make it more brown, the blonde to make it more blonde. I have the same problem, but mine changes with the seasons as well. Hope this helps. =)

After trying this my hair smell like a chocolate cake with vinegar in it, but I can't see any perk up! Anyway, since I've a great amount of this thing, I'm going to try again, leaving it on my hair for about 20 minutes (cause 2-3 min is really impossible). We'll see.. Maybe you should have really tried to use it before making the video and let us see the result!

@dancerforevergrl I applied it like a hair mask and then I used a wide toothed comb & veeery carefully I combed all my hair so it can go everywhere. I noticed a significant difference on the color but most importantly, my hair became super shiny and moisturized.

Generally I'm taking care of my hair pretty well and this recipe really works. Plus it's natural! If you follow it by letter, it'll do wonders, especially on dull hair!

@karishma3586 This will not lighten your hair to a brown, it will just give you a brown tint to your black hair. to lighten your hair to a brown naturally and not drastically, try her hair perk up for blondes. Lemon lightens hair naturally. It might take an awfully long time though (months)

What shade of brown is your hair? Mine is a dark brown-black so looking at the shade of brown she created, this probably wouldn't do much for me... Hershey's makes a "Special Dark" powder mix (I've been meaning to pick it up for a cookie recipe I want to try) maybe if I test it out I'll have a richer result.

I just tried this today, it was very hard to rinse out, and after i rinsed it out, it felt very dry, and super tangly. So i decided to use conditioner. Then I blow dried it, and it was SUPER oily at the roots. So I flat ironed it, and I am pretty sure the color was richer. But it was hard to tell. Then my boyfriend came home and I told him to smell my hair because i thought it would smell like chocolate. But he told me it smelled like rotten milk, so i had to wash it again.

@21719881 well, I haven't noticed much of a difference with the color, it may be a tiny bit darker than before. I noticed that other people have said it left their hair oily as well, and I am not sure why that is, could be the amount of cocoa?? Yogurt is supposed to be moisturizing for hair, and I read on other sites that you should use a mild shampoo after a yogurt mask. I also read a diff. darkening color mask recipe 1 cup yogurt, 2 tbsp honey and 2 tbsp cocoa.

@Kierstentr i have brown hair with natural red highlights as well but, don't mix the two treatments together the honey in this treatment lightens hair so it'll enhance your red highlights. So the honey will lighten your hair not too much though but, to a nice auburn brown color if you use this treatment at least 3 to 4 times, sometimes it takes more time some tit doesn't. I wouldn't advise to use the honey too much though it could lighten your hair more than you want it.

@tinalina143 It definitley looked shinier but as for softness and colour, I didn't see much of a difference. I didn't condition before applying it so maybe if you shampooed, conditioned and then did the hairmask it might be softer. I'd recommend it though! It's worth a try :)
