The Human Rights Award given to the Dalai Lama should be revoked. He is intolerant of another religious belief, like the Muslims calling all-non Muslims infidels. As long as a belief does not harm others, it should have the right to exist and to be practised. The Chinese Taoist worship the Monkey god and their practise do no harm to others. Dalai Lama has never provided proof that Dorje Shugden is a spirit. He only learned his information by himself relying upon a spirit for advice ... he has turned his back on his own spiritual guide - such a thing is unheard of in Mahayana Buddhism.

I find it very interesting on one hand, the Dalai Lama is seen by the rest of the world as a peace maker... and on his home turf, he is nothing but a trouble maker. Buddhism always be misunderstood. Difficult to say freedom of worship and human rights is priority or the righteous of Buddha teaching is more important. What makes Dalai Lama more qualified than any other lama to decide if one practice is good or bad? The vinaya states that if any practice is to be changed, there has to be a consensus & open discussion among the sangha. this has not happened.

So what makes Dalai Lama correct and all the other THOUSANDS of Lamas over the past 350 years wrong? There doesn't seem to be any balance.

The advice contrary to or against Dorje Shugden is very illogical. For example:

- if he is so evil, why does Dalai Lama allow incarnation of his root guru Trijang Rinpoche to practise?

- if DS is so harmful, why are DS high Lamas all reincarnated back & many of their UNMISTAKEN REINCARNATIONS recognised by Dalai Lama himself?

- If DS is a spirit, why haven't any of the high lamas been able to subdue, control or destroy him by powerful enlightened rituals?

actually, there is a lot of information out there about Dorje Shugden if you just take the time to research and read carefully. Also, many DS practitioners receive the teachings, lineage and commentaries directly from their teachers who pass it down from an unbroken lineage that dates back 350 years. We have great faith in our teachers and their teachings.

According to chaos theory, there is order underneath the outward seeming randomness. So in this case, i also think there is method in madness. If we trust the Dalai Lama and we trust the Protector Dorje Shugden, we should just let things play out the way it's supposed to without incurring any negative karma in the process. Hence, we follow DS' advice to not criticise the Dalai Lama and just do our practice. Everything will be revealed shortly, don't you think?
