@metallicagreatestfan , hes made from the base , but sculpted cheek bones more , unfortunately there is no other head in existence that looks accurately like james hetfield until they release a sideshow toys version or something - even the mcfarlane figures dont look accurate, . Certain angles look spot on some dont . It cant be that bad because i have 4 people have ordered to make them one. After all it is a custom, so nothing is accurate.
