i have 2 kinds of liquid eyeliner. one is by LA Colors and the other is by ELF. i LOVE the ELF liquid eyeliner because well first of all, it was a dollar and second is because it actually works. and it's in the shape of an eye pencil. (buy it at target) so yeah, that's what i suggest.
