  • you just make me want to go hoop RIGHT NOW...wow..wow...wow...its rare to see such a beautiful integration of the hardest tricks, flow, grace, technicality and sensuality.

    thanks!

  • soooo beautiful - left me speechless....

  • AMAZING!

  • soOoO amazing!!! Precise is a perfect term for your dance with the hoop. INcreDiBle

  • I agree with spin0da0rella, you are a naturally graceful dancer...i just love watching you! You emit so much love and light when you hoop!

  • question for ya. i get super dizzy when i twirl around like that...which i can handle that but then after a while i get a gross motion sickness feeling... does that eventually go away as you get used to doing it or am i gonna have to take Dramamine before i hoop?! haha! any advice would be wonderful!

  • Actually, I have the same problem and so I generally don't do long, sustained spins. I get pretty nauseous if I do. I love the feeling of the spin though, up to that point, so I like to incorporate it into my dance as much as I can. It's a very expressive and meaningful move to me. You don't have to spin for a long time for it to have an impact on you and your audience, if you perform. I am told that some folks do get used to spinning. I say, listen to your body.

  • thats the first thing that i was thinking...how light is that hoop and what kind! thanks for the info! you look awesome!

  • wow...that's the first thing i thought was... what kind of hoop and how light is it!! thanks for the info!!

    you look awesome!

  • I really don't know how much my hoop weighs, but it is very light. I use 125 psi 1/2" tubing and make my hoops about 31" in diameter. I don't tape them, just run some light sandpaper around the hoop to give it a little bite. My hoops have a smooth feel to them after being worn on my body for some time. I love the look of the flashy taped hoops, but don't like the weight.

  • You're Amazing!!

About how much does your hoop weigh?(if you dont mind me asking....)

    Love your style.

  • Ay! Love those straight-arm breaks Within! And the way you are so light on your feet. Sweet under-the-leg break as well! Lovely, as ever.

  • Lovely to behold...really loving your hooping here!

  • I love you Beth, you are amazing and so inspiring to me with your dancing grace and your precise style. Even Phil agrees that you are something else and he is a jaded hoop widow.

  • wow i believe are my words everytime i watch one of your videos, you are an inspiration to my hoop path :)

  • I love how you use your entire space in this video, making everything about a dance. I especially love the dancy move you do at 11 seconds.
