The joke is that someone in a position of authority is so incompetent and self centered that innocent children are dying and being thrown from moving vehicles as a result. The joke isn't that kids are being thrown from cars and drowning, the joke is that someone who is innocent and helpless has to suffer because of someone who should have never been given a position of power to begin with.

I do have a sense of humor, and I keep an open mind as far as comedy. You're entitled to your opinion, but I just really hate this.

And IMO anything that David Wain has ever made (aside from the first episode of Stella and Role Models) has been absolutely terrible. He destroys comedy. Have you ever seen Wainy Days? That is the single unfunniest thing humanity has ever produced.
