1) He doesn't use Hex because in a Mass PvP battle it's a little too slow and it probably won't land, so he would waste both time and mana. Besides, Spiritshots don't affect anything else but magic skills, and he doesn't use such.

2) He did use trick. You are just blind, or you are just looking for mistakes in his gameplay to ' make him look bad '.

The guy is good, leave it at that and stop trying to flame.
