Kind of think this movie is about dealing with loneliness and isolation, and also not being accepted as an individual if you go from the societal norm, and how that can effect someone.
Every now and then I sit down and watch the Wall, such a mind blowing movie with such hidden meanings within it. And as someone said on this post already, it has some awesome hand drawn animation within.
This movie is disturbing, mad and chronology gone wild, yet it's in my top three favourite movies of all time. It is deep, moving and makes you hate the world but love it at the same time. Your brain turns to jelly in its presence although you get more aware of your existence after watching it. I would recommend this to anybody and everybody.
Even while watching it the first time I understood it a little, then I remembered the rolling stone issue interviewing Roger waters n it all made sense. Such a deep movie, now one of my favorites
This movie is deep and complex, you have understand the metaphors they use in the movie and the history behind pink floyd to truely understand the movie. To someone who probably never heard of pink floyd would think its rubbish
