    Thank you for your comments. The nozzle does work very well with great streams as shown in the video and allows for a variety of flow ranges. Although pressure losses exist in any extended lay operation, FD SOG's need to address this tactic whether using a standpipe operation or general fireground ops. Friction loss is Friction loss and an understanding is absolutely necessary. Good Lucka and Stay Safe!!!

  • Well-thought nozzle, few moving parts and also looks quite versatile... Indeed using it to extend the line is (IMHO) an "extreme emergency only" use, since it cause great pressure loss (obviously).

  • Does this work well with CAFS?

  • The Flex Attck is specifically designed for CAFS. It is an unobstructed bore so as not to destroy the CAFS bubble.
