Great Job on the lose!!! Thanks for the comments on my last video! I had my first training session the morning and wow am I sore!!! Cant wait to see the hard work pay off on the scale numbers. Are you training with a personal trainer at your gym, it might help to keep it from getting boring???
Awesome on the 3lbs, I wish I could lose a bigger amount too but a little, more often, is better for me being a low BMI to start with. Take care Kelly
Great job on your loss. I'm not trying to be a downer, but you don't seem to be changing your eating/drinking habits after surgery. The point of surgery is to change your lifestyle, not try to find a way to have the old things like wine and french fries. Please don't take offense, I support you on your journey!
I have COMPLETELY changed my lifestyle, I have changed my eating habits drastically and having some wine is NOT an indication that I haven't- my surgeon said the only reason for no alcohol is because of dumping and it absorbing too quickly...having fried potatoes was something that I happened to be able to keep down on vacation, thank you for reminding me--I am sorry that you think I haven't changed-for me surgery was a tool, and living a normal life is the goal.
Where are you girl! I miss you:)
