There is much more evidence for Christianity than against it. People don't want to acknowledge that there is a Being greater than them, because they don't want to be under His authority, so they do whatever they can to justify their unbelief, when really all true evidence points to God. Real, true, born-again Christians aren't stupid. The real closed-minded bigots are the people who are too arrogant to believe in anything greater than themselves.

I personally choose not to follow an ancient text that has been written and retranslated so many times over that a lot of it is now false. Christianity, is meant to be a loving religion where people respect others and allow God to do the judging. So get over yourself and let people live their lives in peace.

Btw, another "urban legend" to consider is this: Christians are stuid, closed-minded bigots who blindly follow a make-believe God even though all evidence proves He doesn't exist, and these Christians use their mistake-filled Bible to try to force people to follow their prejudices. Homosexuality is not normal! All of the examples used in this video are opinionated. Marriage is between a Man and a woman! In the beginning there was a man and a woman not two of the same sex! I have heard many reasons for accepting homosexuality but none can trump the word of God. Those that do not believe in the bible have that opinion because it attacks what they want to do. God was specific and clear about this subject!

Good job. I don't understand why so many "Christians" have to get bored or fed up with their own failing marriages and feel the need to blame everyone else but themselves. God didn't 'make' anyone gay I believe (my opinion) he created us all and gave us all life and a chance to make our own choices. Many so called "Christians" would dishonor or displease God themselves by going out of their way to hate others and cause a disturbance in the world.

I have been listening to Focus on the Family for years. James Dobson told me to spank my children and I think I am raising some good kids. They know when not to cross the line. I feel that most misuse of the Bible is because those who do so either A) can't tolerate when someone witnesses to them about their sins, or B) are ignorant/apathetic toward the truth, which is probably the #1 reason for said "A". God never said he hated the sinner. He gave His Son so we could be made whole thru Him. If God hated sinners, why save them? God hates SIN. It's sad that in today's world, avoiding God is the only way for some to feel good about themselves and others. SIN = HELL

@MamaMario13 -- Actually, you couldn't be more wrong. God doesn't torture people. You obviously didn't read my post closely enough. I said God hates the SIN of homosexuality, not the SINNER. But if the sinner doesn't repent of his/her homosexuality, then when they die, God will deal with them as he would the sin itself, as if the two were one in the same. God is holy, righteous, and absolutely sinless. Doesn't He deserve the same from His believers? That's why He calls us to repent.
