should i train only with kettlebell or could i train multiple programs at the same time
for exampe strenght training with pavel with deadlift and muscle building with the kettlebell. the problem is that doing that i am training 6 times per week is still a lot less than i am used to do but i think that i should probably train only three times per week, example two times to build muscle and one to build strenght. does anyone have any ideia about this
I saw Tim on Dr.Oz. I DVR'd it so I can watch it over & over. got the book and read 2/3rds of it the first night. like a textbook, but he is hilarious throughout the book. Starting slowly as we are socked in with BLIZZARDS, so no exercise. i went from not wanting to get up in the am to high energy just by drinking ice cold water! Also, eating double the veges compared to my protein. Next step is kettlebells and Zumba. His swimming experience is awesome. Web info at end of chapters are the best!
Wow, I remember Chris Ashenden from years ago when he mentioned Tim's 4HWW book in a post in a property investing forum. That's how I got onto 4HWW in the first place and then of course 4HB. Now he's interviewing Tim in NY - cool.

5 days. lost 8 pounds so far. His slow carb diet is so easy and effective! :)
