@sandwichofshadows Doing the Back in Time glitch automatically gives you the hylian shield. Then when you turn into a wolf, the shield is still on your back.

I`ve found a dead end with this glitch in the goron mines! The wooden sword will not hurt the mini boss. Although, if you do the fixed early master sword glitch, you will be able to beat him. A theory I have is that you can beat Lakebed temple before doing this by midna/zora diving into lakebed temple and use the oocoa in that temple to steal the bomb bag and go to Eldin Bridge and get water bombs and beat the temple, but i Havn`t tried it yet. Thumbs up so everyone can see!

@CallofGir Wooden sword also won't hurt City in the Sky boss. And yeah, you can beat Lakebed before Goron Mines, or you can just skip Goron Mines altogether.

@CallofGir Just try to copy what I did as best you can and make sure the enemy's head is in alignment with the center of the black line on the wall. Pay attention to his head closely and the camera angle I used in the video. It has to be in basically an exact position for this to work. When he pulls his weapon back to attack, then jump back, jump attack him, then jump again when the enemy is at the highest point in the air.

If it's not too much to ask could you make a video and circle the line your supposed to line up with? I've spent at least 20 hours on this glitch... I'm not kidding... also I'm on the Wii... thinking about buying the GC version just for this glitch lol... I could get a game save but I spent so much time on this glitch, and I want the satisfaction of finally doing the glitch myself... do you have any tips? zzzz

@supermariobros5577 If you turn on wolf senses, you should see a black line on the wall. It might help to turn up the brightness on your TV as well. And the angle of the enemy has to be exact for you to make the jump as well. This trick is considered one of the most frustrating and difficult ones in the game. It just takes a crapload of practice.

I think the problem with what I was doing was that I was not umping back first when he was about to strike, then making a second jump. I was jumping once and not getting far enough.

This is going to help with the Uber Challenge I'm making (surprisingly there isn't one for this game yet) because one of the rules is to use the Wooden Sword up until the Twilight Realm. I tried to do this fail way, and failed. However, I'm at Goron Mines, so I'd have to restart. Shouldn't take long to get back though.

@Redmoonblade It is necessary in a speedrun. It is also the only way to get through the game if you do the Back in Time glitch. But otherwise it's pointless.

I just managed to pull this trick off about an hour ago for my Wooden Sword Challenge Run. Thanks so much for explaining this and doing it multiple times. Took me about two hours of solid work to get through it, but totally worth it.

@logitechSDAZ yeah, I had trouble judging when to jump with the enemy at first, but then sort of got a feel for it and kept watching angles to it. and then I kept accidentally killing it too, lol.

krazybob, the easiest way (imo) to do BIT on GC is to do it off Ordon bridge. Jump off the bridge. At the very height of your jump press up on the D-pad. Then hold B+X+start simoultaneously for a couple of seconds to reset your game. If you time it right, you'll get Back in Time to work. Go to Salamoj youtube channel and find his segment 1 speedrun. You'll see exactly how he does Back in Time off Ordon bridge.

krazybob123, I did the Back in Time glitch (search for it if you don't know what that is). Doing Back in Time automatically gives you hylian shield and ordon sword. Without doing Back in Time, you won't have the sword or the shield at this point. You can skip going to Ordon village and getting the Ordon sword. If you don't have wooden sword or Ordon sword, you can do the early master sword glitch.

LOZTwiligthtPrincess, when I push the bulblin close to the trigger, I'm holding L but not yet targetting him (notice how the arrow is yellow, not red). Once I get the bulblin somewhat close to the trigger, I target the bulblin. When doing both jump attacks, you have to be targetting the bulblin. But for some reason, when I first begin pushing the bulblin, it helps me to wait before I target it.
