I done this glitch using penguin storm

theres another way. go to the epf HQ then to the VR room then any HQ thing.

You can go to the oldest HQ, The older HQ and the old HQ.

There is a new way.Go to any CPPS (CLub Penguin Private server) and add the item with the ID 800.(you have to say somehing like /item 800 / !ai 800/:add 800) Now you will get a PSA Spy Phone.Clikc the Spy Phone and Click "visit HQ".Now you will be teleported into The old HQ.Thumbsup if this worked ;-).
