It's just their marketing positioning strategy. Of COURSE there's no problem finding what we need or are looking for with Google. ... Then the idea, this false promise, that by using "bing", all extraneous stuff is filtered out and you get just what's relevant to make your decision is ludicrous in reality, unless they were applying artificial intelligence about you the user, and they're not. Marketing is about impressions. They're trying to build one.

the problem with this ad -- their premise is all wrong. nobody feels "lost in the links". the music is wrong and their sound effects are lame.

They're promoting a repackaged version of live search (with a couple of additional features) like some kind of a revolutionary breakthrough system.. But they did a really good job with the new ui though, i'll give them that
