The name "Albanian" was coined by the Romans long after Alexander's time. Shqiperia on the other hand does have some historical significance since both "Shqiponja" = a formidable specie is meant to represent freedom. In "Albanian" current language Iliria= means I"-lir"=which means the freed one. So stating "Albanians" didn't exist in any ancient texts is useless
