He would have had legal representation at the cost of the American taxpayers, a very lengthy and very expensive drawn out trial and we probably would NOT have executed him. Whether or not he got the death sentence, he would have been placed in a Federal Prison which are simply put, country clubs behind bars.

THAT right there is the major reason why our major crime rates are so high in America. Parents have stopped being parents. They want to be their kids' best friend. No discipline; no structure in the home..nothing. The kids end up ruling the household. I am raising my sons to be responsible, respectful, etc and if they hate me now for it, that's ok.
