  • My lovebird plucked some of his feathers when his partner died, and even tho he is happy now, the feathers didn't grow back. Anyway, cockatoo headbang too precious for words :D

  • rock on little birdy

  • Keep rockin', my little friend B)

  • HOLY SHIT

  • @sidekickwannabe must be very frustrating having to deal with all these ignorant people

  • Man, why cant people read description ?

  • That bird even has the rhythm right!

  • 1 headbang - 1 nut. that's a good deal ^^

  • The bird is so cool, thankfully someone who cares for the bird has him now. Who ever the owner was that had him before you must have tormented him. Nice job for taking him into your home where he will be taken in very good care.

  • My coockatoo (yellow crested) is worse than that, She screams when I go to the bathroom for 2 minutes. But then shes a happy little bird when I come back.

  • its a punk guy and seem so nice :)

  • sidekickwannabe...I have a Blue and Gold Macaw that I rescued/adopted...He had plucked his feathers....While he is loved and happy now as well, he does not have all of his feathers back either!!!

  • Its socute, but ou should know, bird pluc ther feathers when they are strssed, sort alike when huumans hair fals out when their stressed. Thought u should no.

  • @Sk8ergurl1234CJ1 Holy crap, read the videos comment.

  • Bunch of fucking "geniuses" on here telling you why the parrot looks this way, when you posted the reason. Sorry you're bombarded by these pedantic jerks. SMART PEOPLE HAVE ALL QUESTIONS, DUMB PEOPLE HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS.

  • 100% hard rocking 80's bird !

  • own two umbrellas and a mccaw, theyll also do it because theyre bored

  • He should be in wanyes world.... Lol

  • hahahahaahahahahahahahahahahaha! XD

  • Makes me want to knit him an argyle sweater. Good thing you saved him.

  • I'd headbang for a peanut any day.

  • this isnt even your video. UR DISGUSTING

  • @XxChildoftheReaperxX Emo kid ruining the fun as usual.

  • @CKendlesspain222 the funny thing is you look like a douche for saying tht cuz im not emo

  • @XxChildoftheReaperxX Don't think so. You look like a douche for calling someone "disgusting" because you claim it's not their original video. Nice try.

  • @CKendlesspain222 never said i wasnt a douche, unlike u who cant admit it

  • @XxChildoftheReaperxX How you could automatically assume I can't admit such a thing over 2 reasonable comments is beyond me. Good one for hinting at yourself being a douche as well, but I'm not going to offer you sympathy. Emo fag.

  • @CKendlesspain222 u cant technically be a fag if ur a girl, dumbass

  • @XxChildoftheReaperxX You've obviously spent too much time cutting and too little time being educated on how to act and spell properly.

  • @CKendlesspain222 omg ur so mean!!

  • @XxChildoftheReaperxX Actually, it IS my video. I shot it, I put the music to it. Thank you, but you're wrong.

  • someone should get that bird some help badly.

ive watch other birds dance to music alright

but this bird is doing it cause of a lack of living conditions and mainly bad treatment from the owner.

no animal should have to go through this or ever expeiriance anything like this : (

  • @cemtexx READ THE DESCRIPTION!!!!

  • 0_o mohawk cocatoo

  • PANK PARROT

  • Freddy Mercury should be proud!!!!

  • how do you teach it to headbang?

  • How is the bird doing now?

  • Cocka-too, cocka-too, cocka-too- wah!!

  • Sorry to repeat myself, but parrots, especially cockatoos, are prone to feather picking. So unless you consider becoming ill, having a baby, moving, getting a new pet, getting a job or dying to be cruelty or neglect, don't be too quick to judge. Not to mention that birds can get diseases and allergies. Would you fault a parent if their kid gets acne?

  • epic!!!

  • FUCKKKKKKKIN AMAZING !!! :)

  • Glad to see the bird is now in a loving home. It's a shame that it was brought up in such a poor way

Glad to see it has a good music taste as well ;)

  • this parrot has a psyclogical desease because of solitude he/she eats his own skin... si better to do something

  • @TeenageSuicideDoIt Please read the information already posted about why this bird looks the way it does.

  • @sidekickwannabe Lol, doesn't it piss you off when people comment on things which are clearly explained in the description. Cool bird man, keep on rocking.

  • @sidekickwannabe ~ So glad you take the time to keep explaining what people don't seem to want to get! I've rescued cockatoos. This is one very lucky and very happy bird! ~ So glad it's in a loving home!

  • @TeenageSuicideDoIt Please read what I just posted - I probably should have posted it as a reply to you.

The bird isn't eating it's own skin!!!!!!!!!!!! Some do, but not this one. Just look at it!

This also may look worse than it is. That front part is sparsely feathered to begin with, so it doesn't take much to make it look bad.

After my African grey died, I had to leave my 'too alone (w/o bird or human contact). I came home to a cage full of feathers. I was at the doctor's office!

  • @TeenageSuicideDoIt wow dude you wannabe no it all

  • @TeenageSuicideDoIt uhmmmm... no emo kid... that's just what birds do sometimes... it's called molting.

  • @VengeJahka Actually if youve read the description youd see that he was plucking his feathers because of stress...but yes they do molt.

  • my cockatoo only dances to micheal jackson's thriller

  • omg poor parrot :D

  • cute :)

  • that bird is soooooo cool!

  • it is actually not bad

  • Did u mohawk his feathers?! so punk

  • @MrPeterman564 they naturally come with the mohawk

  • XD!!!!!

  • roflmao xDDD

  • Wrong choice in music. Yellow mohawk? That bird is clearly into punk. ;)

  • You vaccuum clean your bird much och very much?

  • think your bird is sick

  • i think the bird is young so he/she do not have all the feather yet

  • Birds pluck out their own feathers when they are stressed or neglected and the feathers do not grow back. This bird was saved by someone who loves it and it is now a very happy creature in a loving and caring home.

  • @sidekickwannabe that is a heart warmer

  • @sidekickwannabe So basically Rock n' Roll saved his life? lol

  • @sidekickwannabe Perfectly happy birds, esp. cockatoos, can feather pick. You can't assume it's someone's fault. You can't distract a cockatoo! You can try buying toys until you find one he likes.

Sometimes something irritates their skin, so they pick and feel better, so when the pin feathers, which most certainly itch, come in they go on picking. .It's a tough problem.

You could just get an Amazon. They hardly ever pick.

  • @sidekickwannabe actually birds can become feather pickers regardless of stress or neglect. I have a cockatoo that has been half naked for almost 20 years and she is neither. The vets said it's like humans who chew fingernails or their hair. With birds it becomes neurotic.

  • @Zebby100 No,that's not how it works. All their feathers come in together.

  • Molting season?

  • nice mohawk!

  • That parrot should be in a Megadeth Concert!

  • For sure. He would be the beast in the moshpit.

  • u need to pay more attention to yur bird so it doesnt pick its feathers!! :P otherwise that was awesome 5*

  • it might just have that disease were their feathers drop out and don't grow back, there isnt a cure for them

  • Polly is hardcore

  • In time too!

  • was habt ihr den armen vogel gegeben xD!!! gebt mir auch was davon ^^

  • This was the best twenty seconds of my life.

  • Lol...I like how no one reads the description...

  • thats fucking fantastic

  • what a good story! i am glad that this cutie got into a good home! ^_^ and your peaches FellowTraveller.

  • Our Peaches is rescued. Lots of her feathers are pulled out. She has stopped now because she is loved, spoiled, fed organically etc. But neglect and abuse will cause a bird to pull her feathers out. Peaches had both. But now, she will have a happy home until the day she dies.

  • It plucks it feathers out, it was obviously not happy with its life.

  • put some music so it looks cool

  • that bird is awesome!! youve just inspired me to buy one haha

  • that bird must be depressed, its picking feathers

  • yes, i've explained why several times in the comments below..

  • FUCK! :D thats a superbird,loved it faved it

  • thank you for the pleasant comments, but unfortunately, this bird belonged to someone else, someone who loved it greatly and it clearly showed. the bird is happy with its current owner and we merely got a chance to meet and fall in love with it for only a short time..

  • dude that bird plucks its feathers

  • yes, and it is explained below why...

  • Comment removed

  • he definately deserved that cookie :D

  • you should make it a little longer, editing my friend. ;) but still. 5/5

  • thanks for the compliment and the rating. when i made this, i was new to making videos. it took me about 2 hours to make this.

  • Yes, it is so sad when parrots pluck or feather chew. Usually it is from a stressor, not enough attention or wrong cage or food. Our adopted macaw had all three. The vet says she will never grow the feathers back, because, at 26 it would be too uncomfortable. Younger birds, maybe. Lots of attention. Like all day, lots of veggies, and a great more natural (like rainforest-like) environs. Sometimes its allegies..baths can help but use filtered water and do it gradually if not used to it.

  • my bird plucks himself to... its just a habit, just like someone biting their nails

  • hahaha, i lov the part in the beginning!

  • what the hell!

    hahahahahaha

hes probally dizzy by now his brain must of moved

  • Thbird is propper gawjess

Asame about what it done toits self aww

Gald its in a nice home now

Btw rock on bird woooh !

    xx

  • ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh ROFL

  • your bird is molting

  • A) It's not MY bird. It was a rescued bird that was at a pet show

    B) It's NOT molting. Birds pluck their own feathers in times of stress. This particular bird did this to himself.

  • why are all the birds body feathers gone

  • This was a rescued bird, adopted by people who love cockatoos. I was told that the bird was in a neglectful home and he pulled his feathers out from stress. Birds do that when they are in abusive situations. It is a sad story but is also very hopeful because he finally found a home in which he was wanted, and as you can see, was/is a delightful creature with a great personality!

  • yeah we indeed got the punk hair and the headbang from this fuckin cool birds \m/

  • this bird is a punk ass who enjoys to headbang:))

  • i love this vid. i need my own personal SUNNY bird to rock out with me. SUNNY'S a ROCKSTAR

  • the song is named :(dont remember) band:Queen.

however this vid is very funny

  • Yes, I've named the song and the artist in the "About this video" section, where you generally explain who, what, when, where, etc. Glad you liked it.

  • I hope he gets feathers.

Poor parrot, but he looks happy :)

  • No, the bird won't get feathers. He pulled them out due to stress in the former living condition he was in, which is why he is a rescue bird and is now in a very loving home. It was a sweet bird, really liked people.

  • yeah but when he molts again he should regrow them?

  • aww! poor sunny, i hope he gets a lot of tlc now

  • that bird is adorable!!

  • Good lord, lol.

  • That's a happy bird! I don't think it would have gone and done some headbanging if it wasn't happy. I know that it WAS neglected, but it looks like it is well taken care of.

  • major headace yo

  • OMFG!!! THAT WAS SOOO CUTE!!

  • The bird was a rescue animal by a group that saves these lovely creatures. This one was so outgoing and my husband took that video just in the nick of time. It took me over an hour just to time it right.. but it was certainly worth it!

  • it really was!

  • hEH, I think parrot was living in some with some trash/punk music addicts :)

Anyway, it got some good habbits, also :)
