Looks like someone tracked up the jump line. Or, Mr.TI didn't give enough separation on exiting.

That happened to me once... I hate people who don't respect their flying program and fly parallel to the line of flight!

Yeah, if you open high... gott'a fly perpendicular to the line of flight... A collision while under canopy is never a good thing...
