Dragon Age Origins - Morrigan's 'Headless Flemeth' bug.

LOL this just happened to me. If you click to initiate dialog after you finish her mother off, it doesn't check to see if she's dead and restarts the scene.

I had a stranger bug where this scene kept repeating, counted like five or six times till I finaly got to move my character. it also happened after i killed the demon and kept repeating the conversation scene, that time it lasted about three times

I love this bug, happens when your playing dual wield and end up killing illusion of Flemeth, get lucky and get the execution where you cut off the enemies head, then talk to Morrigan again before moving, and you have the same conversation again -- only this time Flemeth is headless. LOL!

I had the same "problem" after killing the old women-grey warden (I can't remember the name), the grandmother of Levi... She was already killed and I could talk to her neck only:-D

Where did you see this. I've played the game through a few times but I've never been in the fade with my character and morrigan and I've never met Flemeth there

It's a bug.You kill her the first time and then you Re-speak with morrigan and see this cut scene twice :P...if you beheaded her or placed a visual debuff the last moment this is what you get ^^

i did this on accident, too.

how to do it:

trigger the cutscene normally, and kill flemeth. in order to trigger the bug, you must kill flemeth by decapitating her with a melee attack.

then, before you exit combat and morrigan gets warped out, you must talk to morrigan a second time. if you did it correctly, you should trigger the cutscene a second time and Flemeth will be headless.

Just before morrigan talks to you, and just after you exit combat, you should be able to get a save in. Reloading to this save allows you to see the headless Flemeth at any time, but now she's regained her eyes.... that just float there
