  • I had an opportunity to hear you preach at PHD this year and when you begin talking about your wife and family it brought tears to my eyes and my daughters. You see, my husband passed away in 2008 and through faith and God's love and grace I am yet standing. It was beautiful to see your children with you expressing their love for their mother. I see in them the strength you spoke of when you spoke about your wife. I pray for strength for you and your family.

  • Why when we express our grief, we define that as breaking down r NOT holding it together? Even Jesus wept... We should cry, feel, grieve and let it out then gradually move forward. I want someone to cry for me. When someone you love leaves, you are affected. We are human. The big girl was emotional, which explains why she was reading poorly...

  • @famulawyer ...consider this...it might be a "little' nerve racking to read a poem at your mothers funeral, in front of a bunch of strangers..when you are a little child. I'm sure there must be alot going through her head...give her a break and don't be so quick to criticize her and kick her when she's down...Lord Jesus Please Help Us!

But I had been praying for your wife every since I heard she was sick on 95.7(Memphis). God will keep you in perfect peace.
