Watch it in slow motion if you really care. He twists almost a full 180 before he even leaves the ground. Then, he does NOT spin twice. He spins a little more than one full spin, but because he dunks on the opposite side of the hoop, and CONTINUES to spin AFTER he finishes dunking, it gives the ILLUSION of a 720. His "720" is all a gimmick.
