When I stayed there, it was still the largest hotel in the United States. The annoying thing was trying to remember which tower your room was in. But my reaction was the same as yours: King Arthur crap! LMAO! And on my last day, I accidentally got locked out of my room!
this looks exactly like the room I stayed in..when we first got there we opened the windows to see what our view was and...*drum roll* it was a perfect view of the parking lot! XDD. It was a hella fun trip tho..
Last January was Jan. 2008 as this now Feb. 2008, and yes there were at least 1000 rooms that had finished their remodel. The remodeled rooms are usually $10 eatra but worth it.(if you like). Excalibur was a very popular place from 1990-2001 but lately has become a little rough around the edges.
Dump hotel good craps tho!!!

That is the older rooms they are remodeling their rooms and the new ones are more up-to-date.

This room was from last January. As far as I know there wasn't any remodeling going on in any of the rooms.
