If hes playing E5 F5 and F#5..why is he playing B pentatonic...could somebody help me???

@guitarnoob77 it's pretty much just the postion he plays it in. all those notes are in F# minor pentatonic as well. The A note on the 7th fret of the D string that he plays to start the lick is also on the 2nd fret of the G string. the notes are the same, he just plays the lick in the 3rd postion of the F# minor pentatonis which happens to be on the same fret of the 1st position B minor pent.

B D E F F# A E,F and F# are in the scale so it works to solo with.

@deadline27 i actually don't own a nice amp. im just sayin that in every video his tone does not sound appealing. im not undermining his ability in any way. its just that the tone sounds the same in every video. this is a video for beginners so the beginner should be able to match up with what 2fist is playing. if you think im tryng to sound arrogant, im not. im sorry thats how it came through.
