Top Spin is actually a pretty strong weapon. It one-shots a ton of enemies, mostly annoying small stuff(like hoppers) but it also kills those garbage-chuckers in Wily 4 as well. And its uses against bosses are well-known. Its only flaw is that it can glitch-out if you remain in contact with an enemy after hitting them, causing its energy to drain disproportionately. Really, every weapon in MM3 is useful. Except for Spark Shot.

Unfortunately, he and Snake Man are considered the lamest robots by the others. Spring Man took over his position at the dance club, but people prefer the Twist to the Bunny Hop.

Shadow Man, Heat Man Doc Robot, First Fortress Boss (the turtles one), and Third Fortress Boss (the copy-Megaman, which it kills in one hit).
