@Gameboygenius By entering a pipe at the same time you are getting a power up, the physics of the game fuck up. At the moment I entered the pipe, yoshi ate that fire flower. There's tons of glitches in this screwed up world, like shooting the goal with a fire ball will turn it into an unobtainable coin sprite, same goes for yoshi.

Great job, just one wrong thing... the yoshi wing exit is wrong.

@Mellonpizza Yes, that's obvious. I broke the hack and found a faster way to beat the level. If you get a yoshi wing thing and jump off the edge, you get the exit to the level.

@Mellonpizza I'm friends with all the people who have beaten the run and have seen each improvement. Consider this to be the equivalent of Dainegai's tas of Item Abuse that made it famous, considering it was beaten by like 3 minutes or something.

@ETL19 Well the creator actually has a tas of this on his page, and its pretty good considering he had to avoid any breaking at all. Because he had to do it normally, mine is about 5 minutes faster though xD

@CelestialSticker I feel like it was Nathan that discovered it, but you just have to get a power up while entering a pipe, and it glitches out everything. Pretty sweet glitch to dick around with

I think the rope segment at 2:18 might be skip-able if you bring Yoshi from the last room (step on the P-switch while under the door to enter with Yoshi).

It's gonna be kind of awkward getting the p-switch in the right position though :\

If you can manage to carry it while riding Yoshi, it should be easier (Although Yoshi would have to be in a higher sprite slot than the switch for that to work.

@nathanisbored Well, I just tested it, and it is definitely slower. That was really smart though haha

The problem is that riding the rope is faster, believe it or not. If you swim across, you have to do I'd say 4 one wall wall jumps, wasting a ton of time. Even at that, all yoshi would really do is replace the shell.
