I think this is great. The lead singer has a fabulous voice. But it does go to show how amazing Terry Kath was--- he sang this song just as soulfully *while also playing guitar* at the same time.

Any band that shows any respect for Terry Kath and his Music in any form/genre is something I think he would have appreciated. So I appreciate it too.

I think the point was that it was a new interpretation of the music, not a karaoke version. I know some people go to concerts looking to hear it "just like the record" and if you are one of these people, CTA might not be for you.
